How it Works
The amount and frequency of sessions are determined based on our collaborative understanding of your goals, the severity of the presenting problems, and the number of people involved. After the initial assessment, I will make suggestions on how to reach your goals and you, the client, direct the work we do together. If sessions need to be limited, we will also collaborate on a plan to address the problems in the time allotted. Keep in mind that it is common for clients to alter and adjust their goals along the way. After you feel you have reached your goals you are always welcome to return for work on new goals, booster sessions, or check-ins.
Payment can be made by eTransfer, credit card, or cash. Each session will be billed at a base rate of $125 per 50 min session plus HST.

Whatever your goals, the therapeutic relationship provides opportunity to create meaningful and positive change in your life.
Life happens and sessions may need to be rescheduled. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask that you provide me with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. If you are late to your appointment, I will be happy to see you for the remainder of the session.
